A husband-wife team approached Sulzer Inc., a sell-more agency, at the end of 2017 as a mere concept. The owners of this home services concept wanted to create a company that mirrored their previous employer. Focus on business in an old-school manner. Grind it out. Why not? It had worked before. But, after their initial meeting with the Sulzer Team, they knew that they were about to embark on a much different journey.
Sulzer’s primary focus, as with every client, is to help them realize their goals by creating a partnership and delivering measurable results. Sulzer worked with Home ER to develop an innovative company name and tagline that would be clear to the consumer about what type of services Home ER offers. A company logo was developed that was strategically and creatively thought out and built off the history of the client’s identity. The creative team then strategized the best way to design a website that communicated the strengths of Home ER to their current and potential customers, with conversions as the primary goal. The team did this by making the Home ER website transactional. Along with programming the custom website, the Sulzer Team implemented a custom chat-bot which helped drive conversions above 15%. Understanding the target market of Home ER, Sulzer developed focused campaigns on HVAC & roofing using digital ad campaigns. Leads were converted through landing pages specific to the ads that drove them there in the first place.
Sulzer focused on digital services and lead generation to drive revenue, build brand awareness for Home ER. Sulzer recognized the competitive marketplace and formulated a creative strategy that maximized the CTR (Click-Through-Rate).
