A New Image for two Top National Doctors

Two doctors with years of facial and plastic surgery experience joined together to start Fresh Image Cosmetic Surgery Center in 2015. The physicians collectively had more than 40 years of experience in surgery but no experience with branding themselves or getting their message out in a crowded media landscape. Sulzer developed a brand, brand promise, and logo for their new venture. We also developed a SEO optimized/user friendly website for potential patients. Finally to make sure potential patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area knew about Fresh Image we developed an integrated multi channel media plan to drive leads to the practice and generate revenue for the center. This plan included TV, strategic digital ad campaigns, PPC, social media, print, and video.

Telling the Fresh Image Story through videos

Sulzer used a variety of video to tell the Fresh Image story. We developed television commercials as part of the marketing and media campaigns for Fresh Image but we also produced video testimonials to be used on their website and in social media campaigns and secured and oversaw interviews with the doctors about health and plastic surgery on local television stations.

Sulzer developed a robust brand development and marketing campaign that introduced Fresh Image to consumers, moved them to get more information and inspired them to choose Fresh Image. The initial focus was to clearly articulate the brand direction and promise, update and modernize the logo’s look and develop an educational website that was easy for patients to navigate. That combined with a multi channel media plan and social media campaigns resulted in a 600% growth in top live revenue in 6 months.
